Soft Stone specialises in the manufacture and export of premium Silk and Cotton Shirts. All orders are subject to the following conditions:

• All orders are accepted on a Bulk / B2B basis only. Minimum quantities apply.
• Prices, lead times, and specifications are confirmed only after a formal quotation has been issued and accepted by both parties.
• Samples may be provided at the discretion of Soft Stone; sample costs may be charged and adjusted against bulk orders.
• Product colours and designs shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only; actual goods may vary slightly due to fabric dye lots and photography conditions.
• Customisation (branding, labelling, packaging) is available subject to confirmation during the quotation process.

Payment terms are negotiated on a per-order basis and confirmed in writing. Standard terms typically include:

• An advance payment of a percentage of the order value upon confirmation.
• Balance payment before shipment dispatch or against shipping documents (as agreed).
• Accepted payment methods include bank wire transfer (SWIFT/RTGS/NEFT), Letter of Credit (LC), or other mutually agreed methods.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order volume, customisation requirements, and logistics conditions.
• Soft Stone is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or carrier disruptions.
• Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) will be provided as agreed in the sales contract.
• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

• Claims for defective or incorrect goods must be raised within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.
• Accepted claims will be resolved by replacement, credit note, or refund at Soft Stone's discretion.
• Returns require prior written authorisation from Soft Stone. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
• Any dispute arising from a transaction shall first be sought to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
